Rocket Money links your bank and card accounts to find subscriptions, track spending and, for a fee, negotiate bills. Xpenses does not link accounts by default: you plan recurring bills and income and see what will be left at the end of the month. If you want help cancelling subscriptions or lowering bills, Rocket Money offers services Xpenses does not.
