1. Who we are

Xpenses (the "Service") is a personal finance forecasting web and mobile app provided by Mihai Stana Ionescu, tax ID 03236201D, address Ana Frank, 20, Valdemoro Madrid Spain. You can write to us at [email protected].

By creating an account you accept these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. What Xpenses does and does not do

Xpenses lets you record your accounts and expected incomes and expenses, mark them as paid and see a forecast of how much money you will have. You enter the data yourself: Xpenses does not connect to your banks and does not move money.

Forecasts, warnings and calculators are indicative and depend on the data you enter. Xpenses does not provide financial, tax or investment advice. Your decisions are your own.

3. Your account

  • You must be at least 16 and give accurate information.
  • You are responsible for keeping your password secret and for activity on your account.
  • The Service is for personal or household use, not professional use, unless agreed in writing.

4. Plans and prices

The Free plan includes the monthly forecast, one-tap payments, one bank account, categories, e-mail reminders and exporting your data.

The Pro plan adds, among other features, unlimited accounts, the daily forecast with low-balance warnings, the shared wallet and the monthly report. Current prices are shown on the pricing page and include applicable VAT.

Subscriptions are charged in advance through Stripe and renew automatically at the end of each period (monthly or yearly) until you cancel. If we change the price, we will e-mail you at least 30 days in advance and the change applies from your next renewal; you can cancel before then if you do not agree.

5. Cancellation, withdrawal and refunds

You can cancel at any time from Settings. The conditions, including your 14-day right of withdrawal, are in the cancellation policy.

6. Shared wallets

With Pro you can invite another person to your wallet. Everyone sharing a wallet can see and change all its accounts, items and payments. Only invite people you want to give that access to. Whoever creates the wallet owns it: they can remove members, and deleting their account deletes the wallet. A member can leave at any time; what they created stays in the wallet.

7. Acceptable use

You may not use the Service for unlawful purposes, try to access other users' data, interfere with its operation, automate access abusively or resell the Service.

8. Availability and changes

We work to keep the Service available but cannot guarantee it will run without interruptions or errors. We may improve, change or remove features; if we remove a major feature of a paid plan, we will give you reasonable notice.

9. Liability

We are liable for damage caused by our wilful misconduct or gross negligence and in any other case required by law. We are not liable for financial decisions you take based on forecasts, or for errors in the data you enter. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.

10. Intellectual property

The software, design and the Xpenses brand belong to us. Your data is yours: we only process it to provide the Service, as described in the privacy policy.

11. Closing your account

You can delete your account in Settings. Doing so cancels your subscription and deletes your data as the privacy policy explains. We may suspend accounts that seriously breach these terms, telling you unless the law prevents it.

12. Changes to these terms

If we change these terms materially, we will tell you by e-mail or in the app before the changes apply.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, you may bring claims before the courts of your place of residence. Before anything else, write to us: almost everything gets solved by e-mail.
