An app to keep track of your bills

Never forget a bill again: what a bill tracker should do, and how Xpenses does it.

Updated: 2026-10-08

A forgotten bill is expensive: overdraft fees, late charges or a service cut off. A bill tracker has to do three things well: know what is due and when, remind you in time, and let you mark it paid effortlessly.

How Xpenses does it

  1. Add each bill once: amount, account, how often it repeats (every 1 to 12 months) and the day it is charged.
  2. Each month you see it in the list, sorted by date, and in red if it is overdue.
  3. On the due day you get an e-mail reminder.
  4. Mark it paid with one tap. If this month's amount was different, edit it for that month only.

What makes it different

  • Forecast: beyond the bills, you see what you will have left at month end and, with Pro, whether an account is going below zero and on which day.
  • No bank connection: we never ask for your passwords.
  • Yearly bills: car insurance or property tax show up in the month they are due, not as a surprise.
